Wusthof Cheese Knife is a practical knife designed with elegant presentation. With different knives to choose from, the Wusthof cheese knives collection offers solution to cutting cheese of different textures from hard Parmesan to soft Camembert. These knives come in various designs with differences in blades. A short wedged-shape blade for hard cheese quickly breaks off small chunks of Parmesan or Romano for grating. A blade with airy lattice cuts soft Camembert without sticking to blade. A tined blade slices Cheddar cheese with utmost ease and doubles as a serving fork.

The Wusthof cheese knife has the same forged pattern as the larger Wusthof knives. This German-made knife has a hollow handle that’s permanently joined to the tang of the knife with solid stainless steel rivets imprinted with the Wusthof’s trident logo.

Wusthof Cheese Knife Review

The Wusthof Cheese Knife cuts through cheese or sticky-type substances without sticking all over the knife. Also, it cuts through a chocolate bunt cake with really sticky, wet and gooey icing clean over and over again. The knife works exactly as intended and is of excellent quality, so if you’re tired of your cheese sticking to the knife or don’t like to use the cheap wire cutters, this is a great investment. The Wusthof Cheese Knife is heavy for its size, feels great in the hand and just looks really attractive. Cheddars and Swiss don’t stand a chance as well as peppers, boneless meats, tomatoes and anything you can think of that doesn’t need a really heavy, stout blade. Any meat or cheese just slides off as soon as the cut is made. It’s just a quality piece of cutlery while retaining its sharpness and cuts really well. The Wusthof cheese knife doesn’t bunch up the cheese and doesn’t have to be worked loose like other knives.
